The BIP Lab works to identify key behavioral leverage points to support parent decision-making in ways that will help children achieve their full potential. The Lab designs and tests new approaches to supporting effective parent investment and engagement in children's development with the neediest families in mind. The Lab was co-founded in 2014 by Professors Ariel Kalil, Ph.D. and Susan E. Mayer, Ph.D.
